PAYMENT POLICY

While it is our intent to ensure each customer is satisfied with our  products and services, we do understand that sometimes things happen that may interrupt that business relationship. Here is a general guideline for refunds. 

 

*On most editing services, a deposit is made to reserve the client's dates. This deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balances are due before the initial edit is returned. If the client is unsatisfied with services after all edits are complete, and no resolution can be reached, 50% of the service cost paid will be refunded. 

 

*Consultation fees are non-refundable. 

 

*Classes and coaching fees are non-refundable.

 

*Sales prices, including annual and Black Friday sales, are non-refundable.

 

*All sales on products are final. No refunds or credits will be offered.
