I’m not sure what kind of editing I need. What would you recommend?
Please send 2,000 words of your manuscript to JosephEditorialServices@gmail.com for a free sample edit. This will allow us to analyze your writing style and provide a recommendation for services.
What is your turn around time?
The turnaround time will vary, depending on the type of editing you ask for and the length of your manuscript. In general, most manuscripts are returned in five (5) to seven (7) business days.
How many revisions is my manuscript allowed?
We do not put a limit on the number of revisions allowed. While we cannot guarantee 100 percent accuracy, it is our mission to get as close to perfection as possible. If the author finds an issue in a book that we’ve edited at any point, we will provide revisions free of charge.
How can I submit my manuscript to you for editing?
Please email your manuscript to JosephEditorialServices@gmail.com, along with the kind of editing you’re requesting and the date you’d like the manuscript returned. We’ll forward you a contract and invoice for a 50 percent deposit within 24-hours.
How do you receive payment?
Payments will be made via PayPal. After we receive your manuscript, we’ll send you an invoice with a request for a 50 percent deposit. The remaining balance should be paid when the initial edit is complete and returned to you.
Do you offer rush editing services?
If our schedule has the flexibility, we will try to accommodate return dates in under five (5) business days. However, there is a $50 rush editing fee added if we are able to do so.
Do you negotiate your prices?
No. We do not negotiate prices. To ensure we are able to provide quality services, we have a transparent pricing model. Discounted rates are offered to those who send at least three books per month for editing services. Those prices are non-negotiable as well and listed on our website.

I sent you an email. How soon can I expect a response?
We strive to respond to all emails within 24-hours of receipt during regular business hours. For emails sent on Friday, you will receive a response on the following Monday.
What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends and on all Federal Holidays.
